The apartment entrance is on the left side of the building. On the ground floor, there is a cozy café, “Mary Berry,” where you can enjoy aromatic coffee and delicious desserts.
The rooftop features a comfortable terrace for relaxation, equipped with a sun lounger, a small sports area, and a pull-up bar.
A grill zone and a hookah are available for an additional charge.
