Our accommodation is designed for a comfortable stay.
It is located in a new stylish building with a modern interior, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and air recirculation, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a washing machine and an electric towel dryer. In this spacious home, your whole family will be able to have a great time.
The apartment has two large 43-inch TVs, an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, a tea set, a full set of dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer, bathrobes, and hygiene kits.

The apartment is located in one of the most interesting areas of the city, which is ideal for both leisure and work. The area has a developed infrastructure: there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cozy cafes and restaurants nearby. For fans of active recreation, there are sports grounds and parks nearby. Our house is easy to get to the city center, beaches and key attractions of Odessa. Public transport stops are located a few minutes walk away.

4. Our hotel’s parking lot is not located on the main road, but on a quiet and peaceful street nearby. It is not in a fenced area, but is equipped with 24-hour video monitoring and high-quality night lighting for your comfort and safety.
The parking lot has special parking meters that, at the request of the guest, can fix a place for his car, which makes use even more convenient. This is a great option for those who value peace and safety of their transport.
