Building

Our accommodation is located in Odessa on Lyustdorfska doroga Street, 99b (5th station) – one of the most interesting areas of the city, which is ideal for both recreation and work. The area has a developed infrastructure: there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cozy cafes and restaurants nearby. For fans of active recreation, there are sports grounds and parks nearby. Our house is easy to get to the city center, beaches and key attractions of Odessa. Public transport stops are located a few minutes walk away.

What is available to the guest

The entrance to the apartments is on the left side of the building, from Planetna Street. On the first floor of the house there is a cozy cafe “Mary Berry”, where you can enjoy aromatic coffee and delicious desserts.

Separately it is possible to order a grill area for relaxation, and use a hookah.

1. For check-in, the guest must have identification documents.

4. Our hotel’s parking lot is not located on the main road, but on a quiet and peaceful street nearby. It is not in a fenced area, but is equipped with 24-hour video monitoring and high-quality night lighting for your comfort and safety.
The parking lot has special parking meters that, at the request of the guest, can fix a place for his car, which makes use even more convenient. This is a great option for those who value peace and safety of their transport.
