1. General Conditions for Staying with Pets
- Accommodation is allowed with pets: small breed cats and non-aggressive breed dogs weighing up to 8 kg.
- The administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of accommodating a specific animal.
- An additional fee of 500 UAH is charged for the pet for the entire stay.
- In common areas, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the room for extended periods.
2. Care and Cleanliness
- Owners are required to clean up after their pets on the hotel premises.
- Bathing pets in the room showers is prohibited.
- Using hotel towels, bed linens, or other items for pets is not allowed.
3. Restrictions and Safety
- Feeding pets from hotel dishes is strictly prohibited.
- Pets must not create noise or pose a threat to other guests.
4. Owner Responsibility
- Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and any possible property damage.
- In case of damage, the administration has the right to demand compensation.
- Room cleaning is performed only in the absence of the pet.
